The cat...

I know it sounds stupid to say that I'm exhausted because my cat decided to sleep next to me last night.  But it's true!  He is the cutest little guy, but, man it wears me out fighting for sleeping space with him.  Every time I wake up I'm closer and closer to the edge of the bed and he's sound asleep against the back of my knees.  I feel like I need a nap when I haven't even gotten out of bed yet!  He is very beneficial to the coffee industry.

New Name

Jeeze, it's been a while since I posted anything. So, hey, hi, how's it going? I've been thinking about changing the name of my business for a while now. I felt like the "creatures" part of "Catbird Creatures" was limiting me. I love creatures but that's not all I want to print. "The Curious Catbird" seems to be very fitting indeed. I mean, I almost too curious for my own good and the catbirds that visit our backyard are pretty curious and sassy too. "The Sassy Catbird!" Now that's a good name too! No... I'm not changing again. Once is enough! Now that I have my permanent (hopefully), and more grown-up name, I can print whatever I want. Pancakes, I'm thinking something having to do with pancakes...

On the Road Again

I was checking my Google Analytics page today and noticed that I was getting a crazy amount of hits on my Etsy shop.  Not being terribly analytical myself it took me a good 2 hours to figure out that Etsy had included me in their daily shopping guide, "On the Road Again."  What a happy girl I am!  It feels so good to be noticed. I have lots of great customers already but a few more would be really cool :)  I have lots of orders to print, pack and ship, so off I go! Esty's Daily Guide to Shopping "On the Road Again."

Bunnies!

I had a custom order for 12 Dutch bunny flour sack towels in four different bunny colors.  Mixing all the colors was challenging - especially the dark orange.  Darn you bunnies!  Anyhow, I think they turned out really well and they've been sent to their new home :)
